FAQ

  1. How do I register for the program?

    • Click on the “Register Today!” button on the homepage to create an account with a login and password of your choice.
    • Search by destination for the hotel or resort that you are looking for. There are approximately 1,000,000 hotels around the world to choose from.
    • Your savings will be displayed with each search result. (Results with the greatest savings are displayed first.)
    • Make your reservation and the amount that you save will be deducted from your Savings Bank Balance.
  2. What hotels and resorts are available in the savings program?

    With over 1,000,000 hotels and resorts available through the savings program, you will find familiar brands and hotels around the world.

  3. Can I use the entire amount in my Savings Bank Balance towards my reservation?

    Yes, if the amount of savings for the selected hotel or resort is equal to the amount of your Savings Bank Balance, the entire amount will be applied to your reservation automatically.

  4. How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

    There is no timeline required. You can start booking your next trip today!

  5. How many times can I use the savings in my Savings Bank Balance?

    You can use your savings as many times as you would like until you exhaust your Savings Bank Balance.

  6. Is there a minimum stay required?

    No. There is no minimum stay required. You can stay for 1 night if you want.

  7. What if I don't have enough savings in my Savings Bank Balance to make a reservation?

    No problem. Regardless of the balance on your Savings Bank Balance, you can always make a reservation through the website. The balance determines the amount of savings that you can apply to your reservation. If your Savings Bank Balance is zero, you can still make a reservation, however you will not be able to apply savings to that reservation.

  8. Is there a minimum purchase amount?

    No, there is no minimum purchase amount.

  9. Are there any blackout dates?

    No. There are no blackout days.

  10. Are there any restrictions?

    No. There are no restrictions.

  11. Can I combine coupons with my savings?

    No. Coupons are not allowed to be combined with your savings.

  12. Are there any additional fees?

    Taxes and reservation fees are included in the price of your reservation. Resort fees, hotel parking and incidental charges if any, are displayed in the Terms and Conditions of the reservation and will be collected by the hotel/resort. There are no other fees to make a reservation or to access the savings platform.

  13. What if I want to change or cancel my reservation?

    Cancellation policies will vary depending on the particular hotel or resort you chose. The cancellation and change policies can be found in the terms and conditions on the booking page and your reservation confirmation.

  14. Can I change or cancel my reservation? Is my reservation refundable?

    Reservations booked on the website cannot be changed or modified once booked, but may be cancelled per the Terms and Conditions. Cancelled reservations may incur a cancellation fee and any Savings Dollars used for the booking will not be applied back to the Savings Bank Balance.

  15. Can I use my hotel loyalty points with my savings?

    At this time, hotel loyalty points are not able to be earned or combined with the savings.

  16. Can I redeem the unused balance?

    Your Savings Bank Balance program has no cash value outside of the savings program.

  17. Do I have to use my Savings Bank Balance on one reservation?

    No. The savings program is flexible enough to allow you to use your entire Savings Bank Balance on one reservation or multiple reservations. The amount that you can apply to each reservation is determined by the parameters of your search and the savings available through the hotels and resorts that you choose.

  18. How long do I have to wait before my reservations are confirmed?

    All of the inventory in the system is live and available to make a reservation. Once your credit card is charged, your reservation is confirmed.

  19. What happens to the leftover Savings Bank Balance?

    The remaining amount in your Savings Bank Balance will remain in your account until your next reservation.

  20. Is there a phone number that I can call?

    Once you make your reservation, you will receive a reservation confirmation email that includes the phone number to the Customer Service Department.

  21. What do I do if I have a question?

    For Customer Service questions please send us a message through the Contact tab located on the main navigation bar or the Contact Us section located at the bottom of each page.

    For Customer Service questions regarding existing reservations, please use the steps above, or the number provided with your reservation confirmation.
